Product returns

Whatever your reason for wanting to return a product to NVC, the process is exactly the same.
  1. Track down the invoice number on which the goods were originally dispatched and the product's serial number
  2. Telephone NVC Customer Services with these details and ask for a Returns Number; this number is then your gateway to tracking the progress of your return
  3. NVC will organise for the product to be collected from you and sent for returns processing
  4. To find out the latest on your returned product, please telephone your dedicated Account Manager - not Customer Services - quoting the returns number.
Please note that chargeable repairs are subject to an inspection fee.
