Product returns
Whatever your reason for wanting to return a product to NVC, the process is exactly the same.
- Track down the invoice number on which the goods were originally dispatched and the product's serial number
- Telephone NVC Customer Services with these details and ask for a Returns Number; this number is then your gateway to tracking the progress of your return
- NVC will organise for the product to be collected from you and sent for returns processing
- To find out the latest on your returned product, please telephone your dedicated Account Manager - not Customer Services - quoting the returns number.
Please note that chargeable repairs are subject to an inspection fee.
