How can we help?

NVC's Customer Services department exists to help you with all post-sales enquiries. Contact us whenever you have:
  • ordered a product by mistake
  • no longer require a product you've ordered or received
  • have a product you believe is faulty
  • would like to have a product serviced
  • need to discuss a concern with us
Customer Services is responsible for:
  • Registering all product returns
  • Organising product collections
  • Chasing timed deliveries
  • Monitoring the progress of repairs and servicing whether undertaken by ourselves or by a manufacturer
  • Raising repair estimates
  • Issuing account credits
