ordered a product by mistake
no longer require a product you've ordered or received
have a product you believe is faulty
would like to have a product serviced
need to discuss a concern with us
Customer Services is responsible for:
Registering all product returns
Organising product collections
Chasing timed deliveries
Monitoring the progress of repairs and servicing whether undertaken by ourselves or by a manufacturer
Raising repair estimates
Issuing account credits
