How can we help?
NVC's Customer Services department exists to help you with all post-sales enquiries. Contact us whenever you have:
- ordered a product by mistake
- no longer require a product you've ordered or received
- have a product you believe is faulty
- would like to have a product serviced
- need to discuss a concern with us
Customer Services is responsible for:
- Registering all product returns
- Organising product collections
- Chasing timed deliveries
- Monitoring the progress of repairs and servicing whether undertaken by ourselves or by a manufacturer
- Raising repair estimates
- Issuing account credits
