All NVC staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer services possible.

The NVC Customer Services department has a particular responsibility to help customers with very specific post-sales requirements.

These include:
  • Chasing up timed deliveries for customers
  • Processing product returns (whatever the reason)
  • Responding positively to any other customer concerns or issues you may have.
